FRANK PULLEN Artistic Director The Pursuit of Artistic Excellence Since 1994, The Journeymen Theater Company has been dedicated to multicultural education through artistic exchange promoting acceptance and understanding for all members of society through its productions and outreach programs. The Journeymen draw upon humanities in a way that helps the general public understand topics of social concern. Throughout the years, The Journeymen’s main stage productions have been recognized by the Joseph Jefferson Awards Committee, Chicago’s Excellence in Theater Awards, The After Dark Awards, The Black Theater Alliance Awards and the company received a Special City Arts Award presented by the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs honoring a commitment to Artistic Excellence.
